Forget the calories and count the nutritional value! I could never "diet" as much as I could try and I don't care to. Healthy eating is the best medicine for the body. I want to eat good to boost my immune system and to fight against diseases. I am still battling against unhealthy temptations and learning how to cook at home - especially in this American society all we see is processed and fast foods. But I am just gonna take it one step of a time - I will never call myself obese because I am NOT. But I am not gonna starve myself either. It never hurt anyone to start cleaner and healthier eating no matter what size or shape.
